  • Create user-centered solutions that balance business objectives, brand standards, accessibility, and usability best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, content teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, templates, and experience standards to ensure consistency across web properties.

  • Experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services, enterprise web environments, accessibility standards, design systems, and AI-supported work practices is strongly preferred.

  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

Additional competencies, knowledge and skills

  • Building Partnerships - Developing and leveraging relationships within and across work groups to achieve results.

  • Communication - Conveying information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message; listening actively to others.

  • Decision Making - Identifying and understanding problems and opportunities by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information; choosing the best course of action by establishing clear decision criteria, generating and evaluating alternatives, and making timely decisions; taking action that is consistent with available facts and constraints and optimizes probable consequences.

  • Experience should include work within cross-functional teams, creation of production-ready design specifications, collaboration with developers and content authors, and delivery of digital experiences within large or complex organizations.

  • Experience designing web experiences, digital campaigns, interactive content, or complex user journeys.

  • Experience with Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, and design handoff.

  • Understanding of usability, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

  • Experience working with modern content management systems and component-based web architectures, preferably Adobe Edge Delivery Services.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, semantic markup, and modern web development practices.

  • Practical experience using AI tools to support day-to-day UX work, along with sound judgment about when human review is required.
