Implementation BI Solutions Consultant

• Lead BI Implementations: Install and configure the QuickLaunch product and Microsoft BI components, including SQL Database Views, Power BI Premium Datasets, Paginated Reports, and interactive Power BI dashboards.

• Drive Client Success: Conduct solution review sessions with customers and validate QuickLaunch implementations.

• Build Data Pipelines: Configure ETL solutions using Databricks or Microsoft Fabric to enable efficient data integration and transformation.

• Enable Analytics Excellence: Create and secure Power BI workspaces and educate customers on best practices for content management and governance.

• 3+ years of experience working on Business Intelligence and Analytics related projects using Microsoft BI technologies

• In-depth knowledge of T-SQL, Microsoft BI Solutions including paginated reports, data models in Power BI or SSAS Tabular Models

• Knowledge of JD Edwards, Viewpoint, OneStream, Salesforce, or other large complex ERP environments

• In-depth knowledge of reporting/business intelligence applications

• Experience using Pivot tables

• Problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

• Ability and desire to work in fast-paced, collaborative team environment

• Education - Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred, but not required

Bonus Points

• Exposure to ETL, ideally Databricks

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, Microsoft Fabric Warehouse, and Microsoft Data Pipelines is a huge plus but not required.

• Experience on the business side of reporting and analytics (i.e. familiarity with income statements, balance sheets, or other financial statements)

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this role is $100,000-130,000. There is also an opportunity for a discretionary bonus.
