Desktop Support Specialist

• Must possess a professional demeanor with strong customer service, consulting, and training skills \n

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware in the field or a related environment \n

• Basic understanding of networks, Intel servers, and telecom systems \n

• Strong break/fix skills for desktops, workstations, notebooks, and Dell tablets \n

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) \n

• Strong Microsoft Windows operating system troubleshooting skills \n

• Strong macOS troubleshooting skills (Big Sur and above) \n

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities \n

• Strong written and verbal communication skills \n

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision \n

• Excellent time management skills \n

• Detail- and process-oriented mindset \n

• Ability to walk long distances across large facilities \n

• Must be able to pass a background security check \n

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required \n

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
