Cloud Engineer

The individual must have deep knowledge of network principles, all aspects of LAN, WAN and WLAN networks and Network services., * 5+ years of experience in a cloud or infrastructure engineering role, including 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity. \n

• Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform -AWS preferred, including, * Proven adoption and strong understanding of use of AI in development workflows \n

• Ability to communicate complex ideas to a range of audiences, technical and general \n

• Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD \n

• Experience with, Git, ECR, and EC2 \n

• Solid command of Linux administration \n

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills \n

• Clear, confident communication - you can explain technical concepts to internal teams, project engineers, and stakeholders alike \n

• Self-motivated and able to see tasks through to completion without close supervision \n

• Comfortable working as part of a larger cross-functional team \n

• Willingness to work occasional shift-based hours to support the platform \n, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience via industry certifications, or hands-on professional experience. \n

• Experience supporting live broadcast or media environments (Preferred). \n

• Relevant cloud certifications e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect (Preferred). \n

• Architect, design, deploy, and maintain cloud and related infrastructure \n

• Advice and recommend enterprise-wide infrastructure architecture \n

• Proactively suggest improvements, changes and optimizations \n

• Communicate project and planning with management, both technical and general \n

• Monitor cloud resources for performance and cost optimization \n

• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud and software issues \n

• Build, implement, and maintain configuration for core cloud services, including AWS, CloudFront, S3, SNS, and SQS \n

• Administer, configure and deploy containerized applications and services using Kubernetes and Docker \n

• Write scripts for deployment, monitoring, reporting, and alerting to support a robust, redundant, and highly available infrastructure \n

• Assess security threats and their impact on customer environments \n

• Triage and resolve technical, workflow, and user issues \n

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud solutions \n

• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies \n

• Support and troubleshoot cloud and on-premises infrastructure as needed \n
