Job description

Our company’s Finance department is committed to developing future leaders through its Finance MBA Rotation Program. Through two one-year rotations, the program provides emerging talent with the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience and to build and enhance leadership skills required to succeed as future enterprise leaders. The program is primarily located at our NJ and PA locations. Additionally, senior management exposure, mentoring, networking and other learning and development experiences are incorporated throughout the program., Our company’s Finance department plays an integral role in supporting those who develop, produce and commercialize our products every day. Roles within the MBA Rotation Program may include, but are not limited to, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing operating results; operational risk management and process improvement consulting; managing capital structure, currency and other financial risks; analyzing business strategies and capital investments; or other roles across our company’s finance and global support functions.

Upon completion of the two-year program, participants will apply for their post-rotation role where selection is based on performance, business need and mutual interest, where possible.
