Salesforce Agent force / Data 360 Architect

Must be able to Build

Own the intelligence inside Pharma2. This person diagnoses and fixes data, access, grounding, retrieval, agent instructions, actions, and configuration issues. They also help build the Data 360 foundation needed for more advanced Agentforce capabilities.

This needs to be a Hands-on architect who can build, not someone who only creates designs.

Experience they must have:

• Deep hands-on Agentforce implementation experience
• Data 360 / Data Cloud architecture and implementation
• Data ingestion, mapping, harmonization, identity resolution, and retrieval
• Agent grounding, RAG, instructions, topics, subagents, actions, and Prompt Builder
• Salesforce security, permissions, sharing, and record-access troubleshooting
• Flow and Apex experience
• Agent testing, tracing, observability, and quality measurement
• Strong Salesforce platform architecture background
• Agentforce Specialist and Data 360 Consultant certifications or equivalent real-world experience preferred
