Job description
We seek an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. This role owns the full solution lifecycle from requirements through deployment and operations., * Lead AI and GenAI initiatives from requirements to production.
- Build agentic AI, RAG, GraphRAG, and automation solutions.
- Develop enterprise AI pipelines and orchestration workflows.
- Deploy solutions using Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Implement observability, governance, security, and compliance controls.
- Lead UAT, production readiness, and post-production support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
- 8+ years of software, data, or AI engineering experience.
- 3+ years delivering enterprise Generative AI solutions.
- Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services.
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

- Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
