Job description

  • Build, modify, and validate Workday reports for HR and business users.
  • Analyze large HR datasets and identify data discrepancies between PeopleSoft and Workday.
  • Perform data reconciliation and quality checks before deployment.
  • Work with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • Partner with Accenture and other implementation teams to resolve reporting and data issues.
  • Support UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live hypercare.
  • Troubleshoot report results and determine whether issues are related to data, configuration, or reporting logic.
  • Prepare data extracts and analysis for HR leadership and project teams.
  • Document reporting requirements, validation results, and issues.
  • Help ensure critical Workday reports are ready for go-live.

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years overall data/reporting experience, with 2 3+ years of hands-on Workday reporting.

Must-have skills:

  • Workday Report Writer / Advanced Reports
  • Workday reporting and analytics
  • Strong SQL and data analysis
  • Large datasets and data reconciliation
  • Data validation, quality checks, and identifying mismatches
  • HR / HRIS data experience
  • PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration or another major HR systems transformation
  • Experience supporting UAT, deployment, and hypercare
  • Ability to work with HR business teams and external implementation partners such as Accenture
  • Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivots, and data reconciliation
  • Understanding of employee, organizational, compensation, benefits, and other HR data
