- Maintaining computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Assisting with network and connectivity issues

- Supporting the school’s IT infrastructure and security procedures
- Keeping accurate records of IT issues and resolutions

Requirements

We’re seeking a proactive and reliable Full-Time IT Technician to support the smooth running of technology across a busy secondary school environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring staff and students have access to the equipment, systems, and technical support they need to succeed., * Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, technical support, or a similar role
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic network troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support both staff and students
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
- A willingness to learn new systems and technologies, Teaching Personnel can provide guidance to help you obtain:
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council
- Level 2 Safeguarding Training
- At least two professional references covering the past two years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
