Senior Devops Engineer

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, implement, and support ICT components and applications for the AI Cloud platform.Own the maintenance and enhancement of product CI/CD pipelines, including integrations with platforms, infrastructures, and partner applications.Develop automation, optimization, standardization, and infrastructure-as-code concepts and implementations.Design and implement service architectures based on AI Cloud requirements.Perform root-cause analysis of pipeline runtime errors and support continuous improvement.Consult employees and customers on technical product matters and provide project deliverables.Act as a technical lead coordinating activities across related technologies and teams.Mentor and train coworkers to expand technical skills and knowledge.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience designing and delivering systems based on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.Experience with GPU-based infrastructure and Kubernetes container technologies.Experience with Python or Bash scripting.Experience with Ansible, Salt-stack, Terraform, or Helm for automation and deployments.Experience with CI/CD in Kubernetes environments, repository management, Git, GitHub, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.Strong experience with Linux operating systems.Experience with monitoring and visualization tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.English proficiency at B2 level; German is an advantage.Good communication, analytical, teamwork, presentation, and negotiation skills.Basic project management overview, basic leadership skills, and intermediate quality management knowledge.BenefitsHybrid remote/on-site work model and flexible working hours.International, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.Access to customized training through Coursera, weekly English, Spanish, and German language classes, mentoring sessions, and Experience Days.Flexible compensation plan including health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare, and transport support.Telemedicine, life and accident insurance, social fund, and access to medical, legal, and wellness services.At least 26 working days of vacation per year and 100% salary coverage during medical leave.
