Senior Devops Engineer

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, implement, and support ICT components and applications for the AI Cloud platform.Develop automation, optimization, and standardization concepts, processes, and methods.Own the maintenance, support, enhancement, and integration of product pipelines across platforms and infrastructures.Design and implement service architectures based on AI Cloud platform requirements.Perform pipeline runtime error analysis and coordinate root-cause resolution.Consult employees and customers on technical product aspects and provide project deliverables.Set up and manage integrations with partner applications.Act as a technical lead across related technologies and mentor and train coworkers.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience designing and delivering systems based on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.Experience with GPU-based infrastructure and Kubernetes container technologies.Experience with Python or Bash scripting.Experience with Ansible, SaltStack, Terraform, or Helm for automation and deployments.Experience with CI/CD in Kubernetes environments, repository management, Git, GitHub, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.Strong experience with Linux OS.Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring and visualization tools.English proficiency at B2 level; German is an advantage.Good communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, presentation, and negotiation skills.Basic project management overview, basic leadership skills, and intermediate quality management knowledge.BenefitsHybrid remote/on-site work model and flexible working hours.International, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.26 or more working days of vacation per year.Access to Coursera training, weekly English, Spanish, and German language classes, mentoring sessions, and Experience Days.Flexible compensation plan including health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare, and transport.Telemedicine, life and accident insurance, social fund, and free specialist medical, legal, and wellness services.100% salary coverage during medical leave.
