Digital and Social Media Specialist

YES YOU CAN HOME HELP AGENCY LLC is looking for a creative and driven Digital and Social Media Specialist to join our growing team in Southfield, MI! In this role, you’ll be the voice of our brand online, connecting our community with the compassionate home care services we provide. If you’re passionate about digital storytelling and making a real impact, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and copy that aligns with brand messaging and engages target audiences
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement
• Plan and manage paid digital advertising campaigns including social media ads and Google Ads
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring SEO best practices are followed
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote services, events, and company initiatives online

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role
• Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics dashboards
• Strong copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid social advertising campaigns
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
