• Provide exceptional customer support for Fitbit products and services in German, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to Fitbit devices, app functionality, and account management, embodying the spirit of the Fitness & Wellness industry.
• Educate users on product features, benefits, and best practices to enhance their health and wellness journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve complex customer issues, contributing to product improvement within the Fitness & Wellness space.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
