Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), PL/SQL, and BI Publisher., The role will primarily support the integration of an external procurement system with Oracle EBS, with a focus on designing, developing, testing, and implementing upstream and downstream interfaces.

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development. \n

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12. \n

• Extensive experience with Oracle General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP). \n

• Strong experience developing Oracle EBS interfaces and integrations. \n

• Advanced PL/SQL development skills. \n

• Strong experience with Oracle BI Publisher. \n

• Good understanding of Oracle EBS payment processes. \n

• Experience with Oracle Data Warehouse/DataMart development. \n

• Strong Unix/Linux scripting experience. \n

• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and implementation. \n

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). \n

• Experience preparing technical and functional documentation. \n

• Experience supporting Unit Testing and UAT. \n

• Experience with production releases, code packaging, and deployment. \n

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \n

• Experience working with globally distributed teams and offshore teams. \n

• Ability to work independently and proactively identify and resolve issues. \n

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n

• Provide techno-functional expertise across Oracle EBS R12, particularly General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP). \n

• Design, develop, test, and implement Oracle EBS interfaces and integrations. \n

• Develop and maintain PL/SQL programs, packages, procedures, and scripts. \n

• Develop and support BI Publisher reports and solutions. \n

• Understand and support end-to-end AP, GL, and payment processes. \n

• Gather and analyze business requirements from end users and stakeholders. \n

• Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical/functional solutions. \n

• Prepare solution designs, technical specifications, and related documentation. \n

• Develop test scenarios and support unit testing, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). \n

• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution. \n

• Support Oracle Data Warehouse/DataMart development using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix. \n

• Package and release code into production environments following established SDLC processes. \n

• Collaborate with globally distributed technical, functional, business, and offshore teams. \n

• Provide technical guidance and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. \n

• Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. \n
