Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or a related field. \n

• 7+ years of Oracle EBS experience, including at least 2 full-lifecycle R12 implementations or upgrades. \n

• Hands-on functional expertise in at least two EBS modules. \n

• Strong PL/SQL and SQL, with experience in Oracle Reports, BI Publisher and Forms or OAF. \n

• Solid knowledge of EBS data models, open interfaces, public APIs and concurrent programs. \n

• Experience with data conversion and integration from legacy or third-party systems. \n

• Familiarity with AIM or OUM documentation standards. \n

• Run requirement workshops with business stakeholders and translate needs into functional design documents (MD.050 / BR.100 or equivalent). \n

• Configure and support Oracle EBS R12 modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), SCM (PO, INV, OM) or HRMS, depending on project scope. \n

• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend standard functionality before customization. \n

• Prepare test scripts and lead SIT and UAT cycles with business users. \n

• Write user guides and deliver end-user training. \n

Technical

• Design and build RICEW objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflows. \n

• Develop in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher (XML Publisher) and Oracle Forms/OAF. \n

• Build and maintain inbound/outbound interfaces using open interface tables and public APIs. \n

• Plan and execute data migration and conversion from legacy systems. \n

• Write technical design documents (MD.070) and manage code migration across instances. \n

• Troubleshoot production issues, raise and track Oracle SRs, and apply patches as needed. \n

Project delivery

• Estimate effort and track deliverables against EASY Project milestones. \n

• Work with onshore/offshore teams, DBAs and integration partners. \n

• Follow change management and documentation standards. \n
