Job description
As a Workday Adaptive Planning Implementation Consultant, Manager you will lead client implementation workstreams focused on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Manager you will motivate and develop team members, manage priorities across projects, and guide delivery with integrity, technology fluency, and sound judgment. In this role at PwC, you will work with finance and accounting teams to analyze business needs, configure Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, support testing and training, and help clients improve data accuracy and decision-making across planning processes., Leading Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams for finance and accounting clients
- Managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting efforts
- Guiding teams through requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Developing and mentoring junior staff while reviewing work products for accuracy and completeness
- Analyzing client planning processes and identifying opportunities to improve data accuracy and reporting flow
- Coordinating Workday Adaptive Planning integrations and related platform activities to support connected planning
- Building trusted client relationships and aligning solution delivery with business objectives and finance transformation goals
- Applying technical knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning and related tools to solve complex implementation challenges, Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations

Demonstrating Workday Adaptive Planning implementation leadership for client teams

Completion of at least 6 end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning deployments while managing multiple projects
- Providing technical guidance across the Adaptive product suite
- Managing planning, budgeting, and delivery across complex client workstreams
- Mentoring consultants through work reviews and feedback sessions
- Applying analytical thinking to system linkages and planning processes
- Using Workday Adaptive Planning and platform skills in client delivery
Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience of Workday product experience
- At least one of the following: a Workday Pro certification preferably Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, Project Management, or Engagement Management
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
