SENIOR WINDOWS SYSTEM CENTER CONFIGURATION MANAGER (SCCM) ADMINISTRATOR TEAM LEAD

SECURITY CLEARANCE Active top Secret, * Lead on-site MECM/SCCM operations for NIPRNet and SIPRNet, including infrastructure administration and client health.

• Oversee workstation imaging, software deployment, endpoint configurations and timely security patching.
• Package/deploy third-party software and support Microsoft 365 endpoint functionality.
• Identify and mitigate endpoint vulnerabilities; support STIGs, vulnerability reports and POA&Ms.
• Automate administrative and deployment tasks with PowerShell or other approved scripts.
• Resolve Tier 3 issues, coordinate incidents/change requests, maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Project management certification (PMP or equivalent/recognized certification), OR relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority. ALSO DoD-approved 8570 baseline certification, IAT Level II, AND Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or higher level AT TIME OF PROPOSAL. WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY Seven years progressive experience in requirements, analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance of IT systems/networks, with specific SCCM/MECM environment administration experience. At least FIVE projects in technical areas of JETS SOW Task Area 2; at least ONE project within past THREE years. Show endpoint patching, third-party packaging, MECM client health, imaging, vulnerability remediation and technical leadership. PWS pp. 23 25. WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE PWS preferred criteria, durations/recency retained as written:

• At least 5 years SCCM/MECM using MS 2016, 2019, 2022 or 2025 within past 3 years.
• At least 5 years scripting automation (VBScript, PowerShell or other), including 3 years PowerShell automation.
• At least 4 years Windows 10 or newer occurring within past 2 years.
• 3 years reviewing Nessus reports and developing vulnerability POA&Ms.
• At least 4 years MS 2016/2019/2022/2025 within past 2 years.
• At least 4 years SQL 2016 or newer occurring within past 2 years.
• 4 years Active Directory using MS 2016/2019/2022/2025 occurring within past 2 years.
• At least 4 years Group Policy Management.
