DevOps Engineer

Our client is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help support and scale a high-availability technology platform within a growing financial services environment. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on infrastructure operations, Kubernetes administration, CI/CD automation, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working across Linux environments, containerized applications, cloud infrastructure, and modern deployment pipelines while partnering closely with software engineering teams., * 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Infrastructure Engineering, or Systems Administration roles.

• Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting Kubernetes environments in production.
• Experience building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines for software delivery and deployment automation.
• Strong Linux systems administration experience within production environments.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application deployments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure reliability, monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
• Experience troubleshooting issues across infrastructure, cloud services, containers, and applications.
• Working knowledge of scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or related technologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering and business teams., * Experience working within financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience implementing operational best practices, deployment standards, and infrastructure automation.
• Background spanning DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Experience supporting mission-critical, customer-facing applications requiring high availability.
• Experience mentoring engineers and helping establish scalable operational processes.
