Job description
Senior Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing D&I solutions for customers as part of the Professional Services - D&I Consultancy team. The role involves document writing, knowledge transfer, issue resolution, upselling, project-management advisory, leading projects, managing escalations, and mentoring team members. Responsibilities
Requirement gathering & analysis: work with clients to understand business processes, goals, pain points; conduct workshops; map functional and technical requirements to D&I functionalities. Solution design & customization: design workflows, processes, and solutions; configure modules such as finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and project management; recommend and design customisations or integrations with third-party tools. Implementation & deployment: set up and deploy systems; migrate data from legacy systems; test configurations and customisations for accuracy and effectiveness. Training & user support: provide end-user training; develop documentation and user manuals; offer post-implementation support and resolve issues that arise. Escalation & resolution: identify and escalati on complex issues; ensure timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction. Project ownership: proactively engage with project teams; coordinate with cross-functional teams; ensure project milestones are met.

Experience required
Proven experience in EPM technology - Tagetik, SAP SAC consultancy, or similar. Ability to independently lead projects covering both consolidation and planning. Preferably a Chartered Accountant. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Proficiency in Tagetik systems and relevant software tools. Experience in leading project teams and managing client relationships.
