Senior IAM Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support enterprise Identity and Access Management initiatives across Workforce IAM, Customer IAM, and Privileged Access Management. This individual will be responsible for engineering, administering, and optimizing identity solutions while supporting governance, compliance, and security objectives. The engineer will primarily support SailPoint ISC for identity lifecycle management, access governance, certification campaigns, and provisioning workflows. They will also manage Okta environments, configuring SSO, MFA, federation, and lifecycle policies for external users and customer-facing applications. Additionally, this individual will administer Delinea PAM solutions, supporting privileged account vaulting, credential rotation, and privileged access reviews. On a daily basis, you will work closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and risk teams to integrate systems, automate identity processes, troubleshoot access issues, and improve overall security posture. The role will also participate in architecture reviews, IAM roadmap initiatives, incident response activities, and continuous improvement efforts while serving as a technical resource and mentor for junior team members.

• Bachelor Degree
• 5+ years of Information Technology experience
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC or similar Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform
• Experience administering and configuring Okta or comparable CIAM/SSO platforms
• Experience supporting Delinea (formerly Centrify) or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools
• Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management and Access Governance
• Experience with SSO, MFA, Federation, OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML protocols
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and LDAP
• Scripting/automation experience using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or similar technologies

Plusses

• SailPoint, Okta, CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or PAM certifications
• Experience leading IAM transformation or migration projects
• Experience designing RBAC or ABAC access models
• Exposure to Cloud Identity Architecture
• Familiarity with Zero Trust security principles
• Experience mentoring junior team members and driving IAM best practices
• Experience working in highly regulated or audited environments
