Job description

Data Engineering: Build automation with scripts and AI to transfer data from emails/web tools to servers or other cloud-based data storage solutions. Identify Data Warehousing gaps and bridge with system changes and/or ETL’s
System Analytics: Run daily analysis on system and integration of health. Ensure Tesla and partners systems are in sync. Perform Root Cause and Analysis and drive short/long term resolutions
Data Analytics: Build & maintain reports in Power BI, Superset, Tableau, Excel, or other reporting platforms. Ensure digital tools are lunch with the right process and documentation

Continuous Improvements

Identify recurring issues and work with System Engineers and Technical Program managers
Improve the system control tools - Increase the scope of the reports and analysis, optimize their performance
Implement process with Operations to reduce systematic issues

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, You will be part of the Systems and Data team in the EMEA Distribution department for Finished Vehicle, Service, Energy and E-commerce. It is an important team in Tesla’s Supply chain as we are responsible for End-to-End Systems for all EMEA Distribution operations. The responsibilities of the System Analyst will lie in resolving structural system issues and running analysis across to ensure high system performance and reliability. From queries and analysis, the Systems Analyst is expected to quickly react and drive solutions with Support, Carriers or 3PLs. The position sits in the intersection between operations, systems, and analytics. Therefore, we are looking for someone motivated with strong technical knowledge in systems and analytics. It is a dynamic role that requires adaptability, drive, and creativity., * Proactive attitude and a “can-do” mentality

Not afraid to speak up and reach out and find the answers for yourself where needed
2 to 5 years of experience in Material/Demand/Channel Planning, System product management or Data Analytics in Supply Chain
Experience in Python, R and building Scripts
Experience in SQL and Power BI, Superset or Tableau
Experience Supply Chain Operations
Knowledge of System Architecture, API calls and JSON structures is required
Effective communication skills to clearly communicate what the problem is
Excellent command of the English language
