IT Help Desk Specialist

Provide tier 1 IT support for hardware, network, and software to all stores and departments. Responsible for supporting the company’s Vision: “Best place to work & Best place for our guests to do business” and Mission: “Build long term relationships with our associates & guests & make a positive difference in our community”.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Answer emails and phone calls and communicating with all vendors and associates involved.
• Responds to all open tickets for technical support in a timely matter.
• Provides support to end users for computers, application, system, network, device, access, hardware, and software issues.
• Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools.
• Assists department heads and other employees with resolving user problems.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Computer Science
• 1-2 years of IT experience (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; kneel; crawl; in all types of locations including under desks, in technician/car bays, roofs. Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds at times.
