Design Engineer

As a Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the development of innovative gas turbine components and subsystems, working on cutting-edge engine programmes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating detailed component and subsystem designs for advanced gas turbine engines.
• Supporting design release activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Working through gated design review processes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Translating technical requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Using industry-leading design tools including Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
• Contributing to challenging projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Are you an experienced Design Engineer with a background in Gas Turbines, Aerospace, or Power Generation? Do you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges and seeing your designs progress from concept through to release?, We’re interested in hearing from engineers who have:

• HNC, HND or Degree qualification in Mechanical, Aeronautical or a related Engineering discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
• Experience in Gas Turbine design within Aerospace or Power Generation
• Strong capability in component and/or subsystem design
• Experience using Siemens NX and Teamcenter
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with customers and internal engineering teams
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for engineering excellence
