Software Support Engineer

Acting as a key link between field-based engineers and software development teams, you will play a vital role in troubleshooting advanced issues, supporting critical customer installations, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service. • Strong software troubleshooting, diagnostics, and log analysis skills
• Experience with Windows-based software and real-time control systems
• Knowledge of C#, .NET Core, WPF, C++, C, SQL/MySQL, PLC programming, or similar technologies
• Ability to support software and hardware integration challenges
