Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced technical program manager to drive complex, cross-functional engineering programs from planning through execution and delivery. This role sits within an engineering team supporting a digital crimes unit focused on cybercrime disruptions, technology solutions, and data analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with exceptional program management and communication skills, working closely with engineering leaders, developers, partner teams, and stakeholders to establish clarity, manage dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure programs make measurable progress toward their objectives. This position requires someone who thrives in technically complex and ambiguous environments, can quickly understand technical systems and engineering challenges, bring structure to loosely defined problems, and communicate effectively with audiences ranging from individual engineers to senior leadership., * Own and drive complex technical programs involving multiple engineering teams and stakeholders from planning through delivery

• Translate business and engineering objectives into clear program plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria
• Partner closely with engineering teams to understand technical architecture, implementation plans, operational requirements, and delivery constraints
• Drive execution by identifying dependencies, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring clear ownership and accountability
• Proactively identify technical, schedule, operational, and organizational risks and develop mitigation plans with stakeholders
• Coordinate work across multiple engineering teams and partner organizations where ownership and dependencies span organizational boundaries
• Facilitate technical and program discussions and ensure decisions, actions, owners, and follow-ups are clearly documented
• Establish appropriate program rhythms, status reporting, dashboards, and mechanisms for tracking execution
• Provide concise, accurate, and actionable program updates to engineering leadership and senior stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, operational efficiency, automation, and overall program execution
• Support operational readiness and ensure engineering programs have appropriate plans for deployment, monitoring, support, and ongoing operations
• Build strong working relationships across engineering and partner teams and create alignment even when priorities or perspectives differ
• Communicate complex technical and program information clearly and concisely, adapting style for engineers, program managers, partner teams, and senior leadership
• Produce high-quality written status updates, executive summaries, decision documents, and program plans

• 4+ years of experience using Azure DevOps for program and engineering team management
• 4+ years of experience managing team work tracking and reporting using Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with large-scale cloud services, enterprise platforms, or distributed systems
• Experience driving engineering programs involving reliability, security, compliance, service operations, modernization, or platform improvements
• Experience working across geographically distributed engineering teams
• PMP Certification preferred but not required
• Citizenship attestation required as a condition of engagement
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and service operations
• Proven ability to drive large programs involving multiple teams, complex dependencies, and diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex technical issues
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and turn loosely defined problems into structured execution plans
• Experience identifying and managing program risks, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths
• Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Proficiency managing work tracking and team coordination using Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for engineering planning and work management
• Familiarity with GitHub or equivalent engineering work-management tools
• Ability to use data and engineering signals to identify trends, prioritize problems, and drive continuous improvement
• Experience communicating program health, risks, and technical tradeoffs to senior engineering leadership
