location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa job type: Contract salary: $21.42 - 27.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School
responsibilities:
- Oversee contract, site, Global Trade, and EH&S policy compliance for managing customer and government property.
- Partner with site leadership, functional teams, contract management, and central property organizations.
- Interface with government customers, prime customers, and regulatory auditing agencies.
- Generate accurate status metrics and property status reports, and execute complete property closeout activities.
- Monitor practices and procedures to align site operations with established property requirements.
qualifications: Strong knowledge of customer property management, FAR, DFARS, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a highly analytical approach to process improvement and data review.
Ability to work autonomously with limited oversight while effectively communicating across internal teams and external stakeholders.
