Akkodis is excited to be supporting a large public sector organisation as it approaches the go-live phase of a significant Oracle Fusion implementation.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an Oracle Fusion Payroll Analysts to support payroll testing, validation activities, and post-go-live hypercare. Your expertise will contribute towards a programme at a critical stage and help ensure the successful delivery of a business-critical payroll transformation.

This role is primarily remote, with travel to collect equipment at the start of the contract.
Your Impact
- Support payroll testing activities within Oracle Fusion.
- Execute and document test scripts and test scenarios.
- Validate payroll calculations, processes, and outputs.
- Identify, investigate, and support the resolution of system defects.
- Work closely with payroll, project, and technical teams to ensure a successful go-live.
- Assist with business readiness and hypercare support following implementation.
- Contribute to process improvements and best-practice payroll operations., * Join a major Oracle Fusion programme approaching go-live.
- Be part of a project that will directly impact thousands of end users.
- Work alongside experienced ERP, Payroll, and Transformation professionals.
- Gain exposure to implementation, testing, and hypercare phases of a large-scale programme.
- Enjoy the flexibility of predominantly remote working.
- Multiple opportunities available across both junior and senior levels.
Requirements
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and payroll operations.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, or system implementation activities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyse payroll-related issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within large-scale transformation programmes.
Desirable Experience
- Local Government experience.
- Knowledge of Local Government Pension Schemes (LGPS).
- Previous involvement in Oracle Fusion implementation, migration, or go-live projects.
- Experience supporting post-implementation hypercare activities.
