UX Designer

UX Designer / UX Consultant iOS · Android / Mobile App Design / 100% / Zurich

Project: We are looking for a UX Designer / UX Consultant (m/f/d) who will independently manage the entire UX process - from research and user analysis through ideation, conception and prototyping to validation, specification and quality assurance of the implementation.

The focus is on the conception and design of digital products and features for web and mobile. Business requirements are gathered, user needs are thoroughly investigated through appropriate research and testing methods, and translated into clear user journeys, user flows, and screens. Existing design systems and interaction patterns are confidently applied and further developed as needed.

Tasks:

• Conducting UX research, user analyses, and user tests
• Development of ideas, concepts and user journeys
• Design and evaluation of user flows and screens together with the business
• Creation of prototypes and execution of validations
• Translating the concepts into precise UX/UI specifications.
• Support during implementation and ensuring UX/UI quality
• Conceptualization and design of features for web and mobile banking
• Collaboration and stakeholder management with different stakeholders
• Application and, if necessary, further development of the existing design system
• Ensuring compliance with customer brand guidelines and existing design and interaction patterns
• Consideration of the specific Apple and Android guidelines for mobile applications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in UX design, product design, interaction design, or a comparable digital design role
• Solid experience with the entire UX process: research, ideation, conception, prototyping, validation and specification
• Excellent knowledge of modern UX/UI design principles
• Experience in designing and evaluating complex user flows, journeys, and digital products
• Experience with extensive design systems and their application
• Practical experience in the design of mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Secure stakeholder management and experience in collaborating with business departments.
• Ability to translate requirements and research results into concrete flows, interactions, and screens.
• Experience in quality assurance of UX/UI during technical implementation
