Test Automation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Onshore Test Lead to oversee and drive test execution for large-scale Incentive Compensation testing initiatives. In this role, you will lead cross-functional onshore and offshore testing teams while collaborating directly with client stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs). You will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing SIT execution across complex data sets, and delivering client-facing metrics and quality outcomes. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coordinate, and manage offshore and onshore testing resources to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
• Write, review, and execute test scripts for complex incentive compensation models, preferably using Oracle CX ICM / Oracle Cloud.
• Manage test script repository, defect tracking, and execution progress using Jira.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) involving large data sets and complex incentive rule calculations.
• Partner closely with client testing teams and SMEs to present test execution metrics, progress reports, and test results.
• Drive team decision-making, engage with cross-functional technical teams, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on testing quality., * Lead, mentor, and coordinate onshore and offshore testing teams to meet project deliverables.
• Author, manage, and execute test scripts using Jira across complex testing scenarios.

• Test Leadership (5+ yrs): Proven track record leading combined onshore/offshore testing teams, driving test strategy, and managing deliverables.
• Incentive Compensation Testing (5+ yrs): Hands-on testing experience with incentive compensation applications (Oracle CX ICM strongly preferred).
• Client-Facing Communication (5+ yrs): Strong presentation, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills to communicate metrics and results to client leaders.
• Jira & Test Tools (5+ yrs): Expert-level proficiency using Jira for test case management, script execution, and defect tracking.
• SIT Execution & Data Validation (5+ yrs): Experience executing System Integration Testing with complex data sets and rule-based calculations.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

• Test script development and validation leveraging AI tools.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Integration workflows.
