The role will follow established architecture, engineering standards, and security and data governance requirements, including GxP and HIPAA/GDPR where applicable. The Senior Integration Developer will work closely with lead engineers, application owners, vendors, and business stakeholders, contribute to technical design decisions, and provide guidance to junior developers while delivering high-quality integration solutions aligned with organizational objectives

Logging, Monitoring & Support - 10%

  • Implement centralized logging and monitoring using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
  • Build alerts, dashboards, and health checks to track integration performance and failures
  • Use correlation IDs and structured logging for end-to-end traceability across systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues, including root cause analysis
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes for integration services

Automation, DevOps & Multi-Cloud 10%

  • Automate build and deployment of integration components using Terraform and Git-based CI/CD
  • Provision and manage integration infrastructure using infrastructure as code (Bicep, ARM, or Terraform)
  • Develop reusable integration templates, patterns, and shared components
  • Develop automated unit, integration, and regression tests for integration workflows
  • Build and support integrations using AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and API Gateway where required by clients or vendors

Security, Compliance & Governance - 10%

  • Secure integrations using Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities, OAuth 2.0, and Azure Key Vault
  • Ensure no credentials or secrets are hardcoded, in line with Alimentiv IT security policies
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR/HIPAA, and related regulatory frameworks
  • Maintain audit trails and support validation documentation for integrations with regulated systems
  • Develop and maintain integration documentation, interface specifications, and an integration catalog
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security reviews of integration workloads

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership - 15%

  • Participate in technical design reviews, support junior developers, and promote integration best practices
  • Work with cross-functional teams, application owners, vendors, and stakeholders to gather, define, and refine integration requirements
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure integration solutions support organizational objectives
  • Recommend the right integration approach (API, messaging, event-driven, or batch) to meet business and technical requirements
  • Contribute to integration architecture, technical roadmaps, and technology evaluations
  • Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, performance, reliability, and efficiency, and recommend solutions to technical and functional leaders
