IT Sales Executive

We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Sales Representative to introduce our IT products to prospective customers. This is an entry-level role, so candidates with no experience are welcome. You’ll receive training on our products, sales process, and customer relationship tools. What you’ll do

• Contact prospective customers by phone, email, and other channels.
• Learn about each customer’s needs and recommend suitable IT products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in clear, simple language.
• Follow up with leads and help move interested prospects through the sales process.
• Keep customer and sales activity records up to date.
• Work with the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide timely responses.

• 0 6 months of sales experience; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Clear communication and a friendly, confident manner.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn about IT products.
• A customer-focused attitude and persistence when following up.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using email and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work toward goals as part of a team.
