INTL - Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant

Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant to support a procurement transformation project involving Oracle Purchasing, Sourcing, iSupplier, iProcurement, raw material planning, Inventory, and Receiving, Responsibilities: - Gather and analyse business requirements. - Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and prepare functional design documents. - Understand existing custom procurement and sourcing business processes, evaluate current customizations, and recommend scalable Oracle EBS R12 standard solutions or enhancements. - Analyze business gaps and provide functional solution designs leveraging Oracle R12 best practices. Configure Oracle Procurement modules based on business requirements. - Support data conversion, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and deployment activities. - Work closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders. - Support issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live stabilization.

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS R12 functional experience.
• Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Purchasing, Sourcing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Inventory, and Receiving.
• Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, supplier collaboration, and procurement operations.
• Experience with cross-functional integrations involving Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, and Finance.
• Experience with supplier portals and EDI integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
