Job description
Trantor is a technology services firm that delivers cloud, data and AI, automation and product engineering services, including dedicated Centers of Excellence, for enterprises and technology companies across industries such as fintech, martech and e-commerce. Most of our growth so far has come from referrals and long-term client relationships. Now we want to build a growth engine, and we want to build it AI-first.
We’re hiring an AI GTM Engineer to design and run that engine. AI agents will do most of the research, outreach, content and follow-up. You’ll design, direct and quality-check their work, and own the results.
You’ll run Trantor’s growth activities (new-logo pipeline, ABM in key accounts, events and social media) through agentic workflows you build and operate yourself. You’ll have real ownership, a dedicated tool budget, and direct visibility with leadership. The engine you build will also become a working proof of the Agentic Workflows and AI Modernization services we sell to clients.
What you’ll do
Priorities, in order: net new logos, account-based marketing in key accounts, events, and social media. For each one, you’ll build the agentic workflow that does the work at scale and stay accountable for the results.
Go-to-market for lead offerings
- Own GTM for Trantor’s named services. The year-one lead offerings are Retention as a Service (helping clients keep their own customers, using AI agents and people to spot customers at risk of leaving and protect renewals) and AI Modernization (upgrading clients’ older software and systems so they can put AI to work). Agentic Workflows and the CoE for GenAI are supporting offerings, used to expand accounts once the lead offerings have landed.
- Work with practice leaders to define target verticals, buyer personas, positioning and messaging for each offering, then build them into the prompts, playbooks and knowledge bases your agents use.
Net new logos: agentic pipeline generation
- Build agents that find and prioritize target accounts using firmographic, technographic and intent signals.
- Run AI-personalized outbound across email and LinkedIn, with human review on high-value accounts.
- Qualify responses and route them to Client Partners with an account brief already prepared.
ABM in key accounts
- Partner with Client Partners to grow Trantor’s influence in key accounts.
- Use agents to keep account intelligence current: org changes, initiatives, news and buying signals.
- Produce tailored content and executive outreach for each account at scale, approved by the Client Partner.
Event-based marketing
- Plan Trantor’s event calendar: industry conferences, partner events, and Trantor-hosted roundtables and webinars.
- Automate pre-event targeting, invites, attendee research, and follow-up within 48 hours of each event.
Social media presence
- Run an AI-assisted content engine for LinkedIn and other channels: drafts for executives and practice leaders, offering campaigns, and repurposed case studies, with human editing for voice and accuracy.
Building and governing the agentic GTM stack
- Select, build and connect best-of-breed GenAI and agentic tools with the CRM, data enrichment and marketing systems.
- Set guardrails for brand voice, factual accuracy, data privacy, email deliverability, and consent rules (GDPR, CAN-SPAM and other applicable rules).
- Measure each workflow on pipeline, conversion, cost per opportunity and error rate, and retire workflows that don’t perform.
- Document the engine as a reusable playbook and client case study for Trantor’s Agentic Workflows offering.
Supporting deals and reporting
- Support major pursuits with Client Partners: messaging, proposal content, references and competitive positioning.
- Own attribution, CRM hygiene and monthly pipeline reporting to leadership.
What success looks like by outcome
90 days: GTM plans approved for Retention as a Service and AI Modernization. Agentic GTM stack chosen and connected to the CRM. Account research and personalized outbound workflows live for target accounts. ABM account plans agreed with Client Partners. Baseline metrics recorded.
6 months: Marketing-sourced qualified pipeline building toward the target (target to be agreed in the first 30 days). Event follow-up and social content workflows running. Coverage of target and key accounts at a scale that would otherwise need additional hires (number of accounts to be agreed in the first 30 days).
12 months: Targets met for marketing-sourced pipeline, net new logos sourced or influenced, conversion to opportunities, and reduction in cost per opportunity from baseline (all targets to be agreed in the first 30 days). The GTM engine documented as a client-ready case study. New-logo bookings shared as a target with Client Partners.
Requirements
- 5-8 years in B2B marketing, GTM or growth, ideally in technology services or enterprise B2B tech
- A portfolio of AI-driven GTM workflows you’ve built and run yourself, and the pipeline they produced. We’ll ask you to walk us through one.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent or automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier, Clay, or LLM APIs), connected to a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong prompt design, and the judgment to know when AI output needs a human check
- Experience with account-based marketing alongside sales or client partner teams
- Ability to position complex services and AI offerings to CIO, CTO and VP Engineering buyers in US enterprise and mid-market companies
- Data-driven: you set up attribution and kill what doesn’t work
Nice to have
- Scripting in Python or JavaScript to extend tools and connect APIs
- Experience marketing AI, data or application modernization services
- Event marketing and LinkedIn thought-leadership programs
- Co-marketing with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
This role may not suit you if
- Your AI experience is limited to using chat assistants for copywriting
- You prefer managing a large team to building and running systems yourself
- You’re used to being measured on MQLs or impressions rather than pipeline and revenue
