Job description
- Integration Testing, API Testing, Automation testing
- API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Swagger/OpenAPI, Rest Assured, JMeter, or equivalent automation frameworks.
- Java, Spring Boot microservices, Azure API Management, Kafka-based integrations, ETL/batch processes, SFTP, PGP, and managed file transfer workflows
- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, API keys, certificates, mutual TLS, security testing, and negative/error scenario validation.
- Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD test integration, defect tracking, test management tools, monitoring, logging, and release validation., * Define program-level test strategy aligned to multi-phase transformation roadmap
- Lead end-to-end integration testing across CIS, ERP, ADMS, and customer platforms
- API and microservices testing: Validate REST APIs, Java/Spring Boot microservices, request/response payloads, HTTP status codes, headers, error handling, and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
- Azure API Management testing: Test API policies, security rules, subscriptions, routing, transformations, rate limiting, throttling, and monitoring behavior.
- Event, data, and file integration testing: Validate Kafka producers/consumers, topics, message formats, offsets, retries, ETL/batch outputs, SFTP transfers, PGP encryption, and end-to-end data reconciliation.
- Govern testing for dual-system coexistence and phased migration releases

Drive test execution, defect management, and quality gates across workstreams. Drive:
- Test plan creation
- Test case design
- Defect lifecycle management
- Ensure integration of testing into DevOps pipelines
- Provide executive reporting, risk insights, and decision support
Requirements

12+ years in QA/Test Management, including:
- Large transformation programs
- Integration-heavy ecosystems

Experience in:
- Utilities / CIS domain
- Cloud-native & API-driven architectures
Domain Expertise
- Utilities domain (meter-to-cash lifecycle billing, metering, collections, customer service)
- Customer Information System (CIS) transformation and regulatory-driven programs
Leadership & Delivery Strengths
- Stakeholder management across business, architecture, and vendor ecosystem
- Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models
- Strong focus on risk mitigation, governance, and program-level quality assurance
