Job description

• Provide onsite Smart Hands support for network deployment activities.
• Install, connect, and verify Cisco network devices.
• Perform console access using PuTTY and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Support remote engineers during implementation and maintenance activities.
• Complete onsite documentation and provide activity updates.

Requirements

• Experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), and Access Points (APs).
• Smart Hands or network deployment experience.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using PuTTY and console access.
• Familiarity with enterprise network environments.
