• Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure monitoring and event management platforms.
• Configure and manage IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus and Zabbix.
• Integrate monitoring and alerts with ServiceNow for incident/event management.
• Build automation to reduce manual infrastructure and operational support tasks.
• Monitor system health, availability, alerts, and infrastructure performance.
• Support highly available infrastructure and troubleshoot production issues.
• Monitor and support modern containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
