TriNet is seeking a Business Systems Manager to lead the optimization of our HR, payroll, and benefits technology platforms that power services for small and midsize businesses. In this performance-driven, collaborative role, you will analyze business processes, define requirements, and manage system enhancements to improve scalability, compliance, and client experience. • Partner with HR, payroll, benefits, risk, and technology teams to deliver cross-functional solutions.
• Manage implementation and enhancement projects, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics for operational insights.
• Establish and enforce governance, documentation, and best practices for system use.
• Drive user training, change management, and adoption of new features and processes.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues impacting clients and internal users.
