Job description
- Responsible for expert level support and configuration of Epic OpTime/Anesthesia applications.
-
Assist, train and support customers and junior analysts with the operation and administration of systems.
- Proactively manage and troubleshoot issues within related IT teams and manage change.
- Oversee and monitor multiple large-scale projects within multiple functional departments.
- Implement and support large, complex applications with technical experience in systems analysis, design, building, testing, and implementation.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ Epic OpTime and Anesthesia build experience required.

Epic reporting experience required: Epic Consent, Workbench and Slicer Dicer
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration or related field or experience working as a licensed clinical or certified IT professional.
