Job description

For our valued customer from the aerospace industry you will work as FPGA Firmware Engineer (m/f/d) in the Bremen area., * Planning, development and verification of complex FPGA designs from specification to finished hardware

  • Architecture design for FPGAs with VHDL
  • Design and verification together with the surrounding hardware
  • Firmware development (creating VHDL codes, performing simulations)
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation such as specifications, design descriptions, test procedures and reports

Requirements

Do you have experience in FPGA?, * Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer science or comparable professional training

  • Good knowledge in the field of digital design
  • Programming skills in VHDL, Embedded C and C++
  • Confident handling of common FPGA development environments and simulation tools
  • Knowledge of the development standards ECSS or DO-254 or similar
  • Experience with version management tools
  • Good English skills are a must and German a plus
