• Lead SAP Retail workstreams across implementations, rollouts and transformation projects.
• Analyse complex retail requirements and design appropriate SAP solutions.
• Shape and optimise retail processes through SAP.
• Lead workshops and customer solution discussions.
• Coordinate with other SAP functions to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support and mentor less experienced consultants.
• Contribute to proposals and the continued development of the Retail practice.

• 4+ years of SAP experience.
• Strong retail industry experience.
• Solid SAP Retail functional knowledge.
• Experience leading workstreams or customer-facing activities.
• Strong understanding of retail processes and SAP transformation.
• C1 German and good English.
