An established SAP consulting organisation is looking for an SAP Customer Experience Consultant to support clients with CRM and customer experience transformation., * Advise clients on SAP Customer Experience solutions

Analyse CRM and customer experience processes
Support SAP CX implementation projects
Gather business requirements and contribute to solution design
Participate in workshops and client meetings
Support testing and implementation activities Your Profile

Requirements

Experience with SAP Customer Experience / CRM
Understanding of customer and sales processes
Consulting or implementation experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Fluent German and strong English skills Interested?
