Job description
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Backend Spring Boot Microservices Developer / Lead to design, build, modernize, and operate enterprise-grade backend platforms. The role combines deep Java and Spring Boot engineering expertise with technical leadership across microservices, REST APIs, event-driven integration, cloud-native deployment, security, observability, and production reliability. The successful candidate will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, guide engineering teams, and own delivery from architecture through production support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including substantial hands-on development of enterprise Java applications.
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8-21, object-oriented design, collections, exception handling, multithreading, concurrency, JVM behavior, and performance Eligible to workimization.
- Advanced experience with Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, and dependency injection.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, domain-driven decomposition, distributed-system patterns, API gateways, resilience, idempotency, caching, retries, and fault tolerance.
