Manual Software Tester

• Execute manual test cases against a digital document management application to ensure accurate outcomes.
• Validate data accuracy between source systems and processed output results, confirming integrity throughout the workflow.
• Verify business rules and application logic are functioning as expected during document processing and data handling.
• Review and confirm data extraction, migration, and document processing results, especially where accuracy is critical.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies, maintaining clear testing documentation and status updates., * Opportunity to contribute to a short-term, temporary project supporting a critical digital documentation effort.

Our client, a leading enterprise organization is seeking a Manual Software Tester to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, confidence validating data integrity, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication., * 2-5 years of software quality assurance or manual testing experience, including enterprise environments.

• Hands-on experience creating, executing, and documenting test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and data validation capabilities.
• Ability to identify, document, and communicate defects clearly and professionally.
• Comfort working independently with limited day-to-day supervision, while collaborating effectively with project teams.

• Hybrid schedule with a clear onsite cadence (Tuesday-Thursday) at the Eastlake office in Seattle.
• Focused manual testing work centered on data validation, quality assurance, and accuracy.
• Collaboration with project managers, business analysts, application support teams, and stakeholders.
