MS Data Management

Develop enterprise data governance, data management, and interface management frameworks for healthcare systems. Create and maintain data catalogs, lineage documentation, interface registries, and control documents.

8+ years of enterprise data management, data governance, data architecture, and healthcare data consulting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Purview for metadata management, data cataloging, lineage, and governance. Experience with relational databases, NoSQL databases, database design, and enterprise data architecture. Experience in data modeling using ERwin, ER/Studio, conceptual, logical, and physical modeling techniques. Experience with data catalogs, data lineage, interface registries, ICD documentation, and governance frameworks. Strong communication skills supporting stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and project delivery., Experience in analyzing data flows, system integrations, and cross-platform information exchanges. Experience with documenting system interfaces, integration dependencies, risks, and compliance considerations. Experience in assessing current data environments and recommending governance, integration, and data quality improvements. Lead stakeholder collaboration, status reporting, and delivery of modernization-focused data management initiatives.
