Exceptional written communication skills in both Japanese and English. 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday) with flexible daily hours. Exception: During the first 10 business days, you must be reachable online between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM for onboarding. Strong critical thinking, reading comprehension, and the ability to evaluate written content objectively while following detailed instructions. Proactive problem-solver comfortable working independently, using VPNs, navigating web platforms, and troubleshooting basic tech issues. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Requires a reliable computer (Windows 10+ or macOS Catalina+) and high-speed internet.

$21.50/hour with timely payments (Remote, part-time W-2 position). Monday-Friday scheduling flexibility, with the potential for up to 9 additional hours per week based on project demand.
