Business Change Manager - AI/Generative AI Programme

We are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to join a major AI transformation programme within a regulated financial services environment.

The programme is moving into its next phase of AI adoption, with a focus on embedding AI-enabled ways of working across the organisation and creating the foundations required to scale AI and Agentic AI.

You will lead the people and organisational change required to ensure new AI capabilities are successfully understood, adopted and Embedded., * Develop and deliver change strategies supporting major AI programme initiatives.

• Shape rollout, deployment and adoption approaches to maximise business readiness and uptake.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across senior leaders, business functions and technology delivery teams.
• Assess business and people impacts arising from AI-enabled change.
• Identify adoption barriers and resistance and develop targeted interventions.
• Lead business readiness across people, process and organisational dimensions.
• Design and deliver communications, engagement and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Build understanding, confidence and capability around new AI-enabled ways of working.
• Provide governance, oversight and quality assurance of training plans and deliverables produced by third-party suppliers.
• Monitor adoption and change outcomes and identify risks or issues affecting uptake.
• Develop interventions to maximise adoption and benefits realisation.
• Provide senior change advice across programme, business and technology stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Change professional who combines strong enterprise change-management fundamentals with experience of technology, digital or AI-enabled transformation., * 8+ years of significant Business Change/Transformation experience.

• Experience delivering change within large, complex organisations.
• Proven experience developing change strategies, rollout approaches and adoption plans.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Significant business readiness and technology adoption experience.
• Strong communications, engagement and awareness capability.
• Experience working across business, technology, suppliers and third parties.
• Experience monitoring adoption and implementing interventions where uptake is below expectation.
• Strong understanding of established change methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and relationship-management skills.

Experience within financial services, government, a regulator or another highly regulated environment would be particularly attractive.

We are also very interested in candidates who have supported the implementation and adoption of AI, Generative AI or Agentic AI, particularly where this has involved AI readiness, workforce adoption, new ways of working, AI literacy or responsible AI.

Experience working alongside Product and Agile technology teams, measuring adoption and business value, and qualifications such as Prosci, APMG Change Management or MSP would also be highly relevant.

This would suit a senior Change Manager who understands that successful AI transformation is not simply about deploying technology - it requires people to understand it, trust it, adopt it and embed it into their day-to-day ways of working.
