Agile Methodology Data Warehousing Design of User Interfaces SAP (Applications) SAP Sales and Distribution Data Analytics SAP S/4HANA

Job description

As SAP SD Analyst, you will play a dual role in our Tech organisation. You will ensure the stability and reliability of our commercial core while simultaneously acting as a functional lead in high-impact projects. You will be the bridge between sales, operations and our broader tech ecosystem, ensuring that our End-to-End processes remain scalable and standardised., * Act as the first point of contact for SD operations (Remarketing Invoicing, Pricing & Conditions, Subscription Billing), identifying root causes across work-streams and applying structured analysis to resolve them independently.

  • Partner with business teams, including Growth, Fleet and Operations, in order to own and evolve FINN’s Order-to-Cash process end-to-end, from sales order creation through delivery and billing to revenue posting, ensuring tight integration with FI-AR.
  • Continuously monitor and improve sales order and billing workflows, ensuring they align with SAP Standard and Clean Core principles.
  • Support and enable others within the team by documenting best practices for lean development and system usage.
  • Drive the implementation of technical solutions within larger business projects, overseeing initial design, integration and deployment.
  • Support the design of modern integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to connect S/4HANA with customer-facing platforms and internal tools.
  • Challenge the status quo. Proactively look for configuration, pricing automation, or output management solutions that save time and enhance the customer and sales experience in SAP.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
  • Solid understanding of the SD-FI integration (subscription billing, revenue account determination, billing document transfer, credit management) and SD-MM touchpoints.
  • Proven experience with interface design in SAP Integration Suites (CPI, BTP).
  • You are obsessed with SAP Standards and shy away from custom solutions in order to keep the system maintainable. You actively advocate for returning to standard.
  • You have experience in full-cycle implementations or major roll-outs (ideally including an O2C or sales rollout) and feel comfortable moving between deep technical tasks and high-level project management.
  • You are proactive, decisive, and grow stronger by solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, finance, and cross-functional tech teams.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, coupled with customer obsession and eagerness to work in a fast paced and impact-driven environment.
  • Experience in product development and Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Understanding of adjacent systems in the data chain (DWH, automation tools) is a plus.

Benefits & conditions

  • Excellent fixed salary, significant virtual equity share of the company, along a yearly personal development budget of 1,500€.
  • Visa and relocation support for you and your family.
  • Kindergarten and daycare allowance for employees working in Germany.
