Senior Software Engineer

• Design, build, and improve the company’s core data platform.
• Develop scalable data ingestion frameworks and transformation pipelines.
• Create APIs and integrations across internal and external systems.

• Expert-level Python development experience with a strong focus on scalable, maintainable software engineering.
• Proven success building and supporting production-grade data platforms.
• Hands-on experience developing data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and large-scale data processing systems.
• Strong backend engineering skills, including API development and system integrations.
• Experience with modern data technologies, including Snowflake, SQL, Dagster, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Knowledge of data quality, monitoring, testing, and validation best practices.
• Strong systems design expertise with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Ability to lead projects from design through implementation while driving continuous improvement.
• A strong understanding of how data and technology impact business outcomes.
