Cybersecurity and Security managementOne of the most critical responsibilities. Position is to protect data, systems, and networks from cyber threats and operational risks. Ensure compliance with applicable licensing and regulations. Conduct security risk assessments and training. Manage antivirus systems, firewalls and other monitoring tools. Oversee and coordinate third party IT services to enhance current programs and systems.

Constant communication with the CEO, HR director and department staff. foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development within the team. Consistent communication with U-Factory developer for systems enhancement and functionality.

Infrastructure management - new systems options Oversee the company’s technical infrastructure to ensure systems (U-Factory) operate reliably and efficiently. Areas include, serves, cloud platforms, network, internetconnectivity and telecommunications.workstation management and software applications. Coordinating systems upgrades and maintenance. Ensures infrastructure is scalable and capable of supporting growth.

Budgeting management Manage the company’s IT budget. Assist CEO in annual IT budgets. Evaluate third part vendor contracts and licensing agreements. Control operational costs. Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements.

Business continuity Ensure that the company can continue operating during emergenciesor systems failure. Develop disaster recovery plans. Maintain back up and recovery systems.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor negotiation?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field Skill/Knowledge:Strong leadership and communication skills. Technical expertise across infrastructure and enterprise systems. Cybersecurity knowledge, budgeting and financial management experience. Problem solving and decisionmaking abilities. Vendor negotiation and knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks.
Experience:8-10 + years of overall IT experience. 5 + years in leadership or management rolesExtensive experience in information technology, leadership,operations management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and strategic planning. Proven leadership abilities developed over years in responsible IT roles.
Abilities: Ability to lead, plan and manage changes to market conditions willingness to become immersed in work,Imitative, self starter with strong time management skills, strong negotiation skills
