Requirements

Windows 11: ability to troubleshoot various hardware issues

Linux: experience with Ubuntu and Fedora
Networking: experience with Juniper
Windows Server: manage roles including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory including Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, and Hyper-V
Experience with Powershell scripting

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Cisco and Dell networking systems
Ability to upgrade code on Cisco and Juniper switches
Strong Windows and Linux troubleshooting skills with hardware and software issues
HP Device Manager (understanding of RMM tools would be sufficient)
Experience with Splunk, Zabbix, Syslog-ng
